About Us

PortaPow is a London, UK based electronics company founded in 2005. We specialise in the design, manufacture and retail of power accessories for portable devices. Our story started with pioneering the use of power banks to keep mp3 players singing long past the original battery life.

In the years that followed smartphones increased hugely in popularity but their battery life came up short. We therefore developed a range of innovative power banks, mains, solar and car chargers to keep them going. Since 2009 we have recognised the need for data security and now specialise in data blocker cables and adaptors trusted the world over by governments, corporations and security conscious members of the public.

PortaPow is registered at Cardiff, Company number 08183862. VAT Registration numbers: UK140936028, DE294034839. PortaPow is a registered trademark of PortaPow Ltd.
